You may return your order within 14 days of delivery here.
Returned items must be:
• unworn and undamaged
• with original tags attached
• in original complete packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges are not accepted.
If you wish to change the size or model, please return the item and place a new order.

Return shipping & fees
Returns are processed through our return system.
Czech Republic & Slovakia
• We offer a prepaid return label via our carrier.
• A return fee of 200 CZK will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Customers may also return the parcel using their own shipping method.
International orders
• Return shipping is covered by the customer.
• A handling fee of 20 € will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days.

Claims & complaints
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@finefurs.cz and include:
• order number
• description of the issue
• product photos
Claims are assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The following are not considered defects:
• normal wear and tear
• natural changes in material over time
• excessive shedding of natural materials
