Shipping and delivery

We prepare your order with the utmost care to ensure that it arrives to you quickly, safely and in perfect condition.

Order processing

We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days of their confirmation. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

In the case of ordering custom-made goods, an estimated production date is indicated for each product.

Czech Republic

Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 business days of dispatch via courier service.

European Union

We also ship orders to selected countries in the European Union. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is always displayed when completing the order in the shopping cart.
